Aloha Beach Weddings Kona arranges weddings and vow renewal services on the Big Island and other islands in the State of Hawaii. This includes arranging services through 3rd party companies and vendors . All contracted vendors are entirely responsible for the service they offer to you. They may also work for other companies beside on their own in Hawaii. Our company assumes no responsibility for 3rd party quality of work, service and cannot guaranty their availability for the service you book through Aloha Beach Weddings Kona. In case of any event such as a no show, or delay resulted by any of these vendors, our company will try to assist you in organizing a replacement, or an alternate date and time to complete the service you have booked with them through us. In case that this is not possible we are happy to offer you a refund. Every change must be approved by Aloha Beach Weddings Kona first. Else we are not able to cover the service.
Aloha Beach Weddings Kona assumes no responsibility for any consequence relating directly or indirectly to any action or inaction you take based on the Contents, information, services or other material on this site. IN NO EVENT SHALL ALOHA BEACH WEDDINGS KONA OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS, DATA OR PROFITS, LITIGATION AND THE LIKE, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE SITE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED TO YOU ABSENT SUCH LIMITATIONS. SOME STATUTES MIGHT APPLY REGARDING LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Aloha Beach Weddings Kona, its affiliates and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including attorneys' fees) related to (i) your violation of this agreement, and (ii) your submission of material to this site.
Changes to Site
Aloha Beach Weddings Kona and its suppliers may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without notice. Aloha Beach Weddings Kona may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. Accordingly, you agree to review the agreement periodically, and your continued access or use of this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement.
Orders
With a placement of your ceremony service order with us you accept full our complete terms and conditions. A provisional confirmation of availability for a requested date does not constitute a booking and the date will not be held indefinitely. We will confirm your order by phone or email once a chosen date and time has been confirmed as available for the wedding ceremony.
If a balance occurs due to you adding any service to your already placed order, the due balance has to be paid on the day by cash or cheque prior to the ceremony.
4.167% Hawaii State Sales Tax will be added to your total wedding cost.
Cancellation
All orders at Aloha Beach Weddings Kona are final.
If cancellations occur more than 7 calendar days prior to your wedding date, the entire amount (100%) is refunded back to the original payer. We encourage you to let us know as soon as possible of a possible cancellation so we can inform the partners and collaborators involved in planning your ceremony (florists, photographers, film makers, musicians, dance performers, venue coordinators, etc.).
If cancellations occur 7 calendar days or less prior to your wedding date, we will refund 50% of your payment paid. If cancellations occur 48 hours or less prior to your wedding date, no refund can be made. All cancellations must be received in writing via email to alohabeachweddingskona@gmail.com.
You can reschedule your wedding without any additional postponement fees within the following six (6) months.
If under any circumstances you are not able to make we highly recommend that you sign up for an affordable wedding insurance (please Google this option) in case your trip to Hawaii is canceled, natural or man-made disaster, pandemic or fear, etc. and you choose not to reschedule your ceremony appointment with us.
Forms of Payment
Aloha Beach Weddings Kona accepts the following forms of payment:
We currently accept payments via check, cash, and PayPal as a secure payment for all orders. PayPal is secure and a save way for you to place orders and pay with the card of your choice or withdrawn from your bank account without handing out your information to us. We also accept money orders and personal checks. If you like to pay with such, please mail the payment along with your contract to:

Changes in Price
Aloha Beach Weddings Kona guarantees that the price will remain the same for bookings within the following six months. Bookings made more than six months in the future may be subject to price increases due to increases in prices of our affiliated vendors and inflation.
Miscellaneous
This agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this agreement or the site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in Hawaii - USA, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. AlohaBeachWeddingsKona.com's failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Any legal action or proceeding between AlohaBeachWeddingsKona.com and you related to this agreement shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction venued in Hawaii - USA
Aloha Beach Weddings Kona reserves any and all rights not expressly stated herein.
